Shipping Policies Skineven.com ships with USPS First Class Mail /Priority Mail and DHL Express
Returned Orders Returns within 14 days will be charged the cost of initial shipping.
When will my order be shipped? Usually all orders received before 2:00 PM CST, are shipped on the same business day, all orders placed after will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day. International orders will be shipped as soon as the orders are confirmed.
How to Ship to AK, HI and PR Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Hawaii shipments may take an extra day due to time changes and Puerto Rico orders may be delayed 1 day due to customs.
International Shipping The shipping costs and methods for all international orders will be determined after the orders are placed completely. We use USPS First Class International for all international shipments.We only charge the shipping charges. We are not responsible for the duties and taxes that will be charged once the package gets into the destination country.

Returns Returning Items can be returned within 14 days and must be in complete bundle and contain all original packaging. Packages returned after 14 days are non-refundable. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please email us at email@example.com. Please write down the RMA number outside the box and mail together with a copy of your invoice.

Shipping Charges All shipping charges will be at customer's cost. If the return is due to our error or because of defective items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you a return label.
Refunds/Store Credit Please allow us 7-10 days from the return shipped date to process your refund, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. We do not allow exchanges. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.
